Description

To provide access to Supported Housing for individuals in recovery from a moderate to severe persistent mental illness, who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless.
The program works with participants who require intensive community supports to find and maintain independent permanent housing. We partner with private market landlords in the community, acting in a liaison capacity to assist our clients in providing access to affordable, modest, safe, and stable long-term housing.

  • Assistance searching for, and access to, affordable and safe market based housing
