Counselling and Treatment Therapy
- Description
- Therapy program providing one to one counselling and treatment with the goal of symptom reduction, improved coping and wellness. The length of treatment varies (6-12 sessions) and is dependent on commitment and progress towards identified goals.

- Individuals 16 yrs and older experiencing moderate to severe mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma and complex grief
